GO Estate is a real estate agency in Alanya. We select homes for a Turkish residence permit and citizenship, run a YouTube channel about the law and life in Alanya, and manage residential complexes through GO Management.

Ramil Mansurov
Founder of GO Estate. He has lived in Turkey for 7 years. He started out finding clients for real estate agencies, then began selling property himself. In 7 years in Turkish real estate he has sold more than 500 apartments.
On the ALANYA GO YouTube channel (in Russian), Ramil discusses the law with a lawyer, shows properties and reports on the work of the management company. As of 23 October 2026 the channel has 10.7K subscribers.

How we work
- Every selection shows the developer’s price list date. If a price list is more than 90 days old, we write “price on request” and check with the developer.
- Sold apartments are not shown, and reserved apartments are shown without a price.
- We mark a property as fitting the price for a residence permit or citizenship based on the developer’s data, or with a 10% margin over the threshold at the Central Bank of Turkey rate.
- Before a purchase we check the property, the address and the documents with a licensed lawyer.
- We work directly with developers: exclusive properties and developer instalment plans.
- We handle the purchase, the residence permit and citizenship on a turnkey basis, so you do not spend time on paperwork and queues.
