A selection with price list dates

Checks before the purchase
With a licensed lawyer we check the property’s history, its address and the documents. For citizenship, the seller must not have acquired the property from a foreigner in the last 3 years.
Purchase and title deed
Registering the title deed (tapu) takes 1–3 days once the documents are ready. For citizenship, the money goes through a Turkish bank, which issues a DAB (foreign currency purchase) certificate.
