About the project
A residence of two buildings in the Buyukhasbahce district with 60 apartments. According to the developer, the sea is about 1 km away, and the windows look onto the sea and the Alanya castle. The complex has 1+1 and 2+1 apartments and 3+1 duplexes.
Outside there are a large pool with a jacuzzi, a children’s pool, mini-golf, a playground, a relaxation area with a barbecue and parking. Inside there are an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam room, a massage room, a fitness centre, a games-console room, a café with a bar, billiards and table tennis and a reception; security is round the clock, with CCTV. Duplexes have their own storage rooms.
In the price list (file dated 4 August 2026) two apartments are free: a 2+1 of 70 m² and a 1+1 of 41 m²; two more 1+1 are reserved, without a price. The rest are marked as sold. The developer’s documents give September 2024 as the completion date. Prices come from the developer’s price list.
