About the project
Building B with 23 apartments on a 2,500 m² plot in Demirtas: 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 duplexes. According to the developer, the town centre is 600 m away, the sea 2.5 km, Gazipasa airport 24 km and the central hospital 27 km.
Outside there are a pool, a children’s pool, a seating area, a barbecue, a playground, mini-golf, an open yoga area and a gazebo. Inside there are an indoor pool, a sauna, a hammam, showers, a lobby, billiards, a cinema room, a meeting room and a gym. The apartments have 60×120 cm granite floors, high-gloss kitchen cabinets, black granite worktops, a steel door, lacquered interior doors and a tempered-glass shower cabin.
In the price list of 8 April 2026 all 23 apartments are free: a 1+1 of 47 m², 2+1 of 63 to 166 m² and 3+1 duplexes of 127 to 151 m² (gross areas; for duplexes, the sum of two levels); two apartments on the lower level come with a garden and a pool. Construction of building B starts in October 2026 and completion is planned for October 2028, according to the developer. Prices come from the developer’s price list.
