About the project
Two buildings in Kargicak, among gardens. According to the developer, the sea is 300 m away, the centre of Alanya 15 km and Gazipasa airport 25 km. Block A has seven floors and block B six; there are 45 apartments in all: 1+1 (60.4 and 65.4 m²) and 2+1 penthouses (111.9 and 142.6 m²). The lower floors of block A hold shops.
The grounds have a summer pool with water slides and a children's section, a terrace with fountains, parking, a barbecue area and a playground. Inside there is an indoor pool, a sauna, a hammam, a steam room and a salt room, a gym, changing rooms, lifts, a generator, security and CCTV, and wireless internet. The apartments are fully finished: a fitted kitchen with a worktop, steel entrance doors and tiled floors.
On sale according to the price list: six 1+1 apartments (60.4–65.4 m²) and four 2+1 penthouses (111.9–142.6 m²). The buildings are completed (per the developer's photos). The price does not include furniture, appliances, title deed (tapu) and occupancy permit (iskan) fees, or electricity and water connections (per the developer's price list). About the district: Kargicak
A district east of Mahmutlar, closer to the mountains. Villas and complexes with sea views are being built here.
In 2025 the district was on the list of areas closed to residence permits. In June 2026, according to local authorities, the Alanya districts were reopened, but there is no official circular, so we check the exact address in e-ikamet before the purchase.
