About the project
A single six-storey block of 15 apartments in Kargicak. According to the developer’s description, it is 70 m from the sea, about 15 km from the centre of Alanya and 25 km from Gazipasa airport. The plot is 790 m². The windows face the sea on the south side and a forest on the north side, and the promenade, beaches and cafés are close by.
The apartments are 1+1 from 52 m² and two-level 2+1 with access to a garden. Construction was completed in August 2024 and the occupancy permit (iskan) has been obtained. The grounds have an outdoor pool for adults and children, covered parking, a generator and round-the-clock CCTV.

About the district: Kargicak
A district east of Mahmutlar, closer to the mountains. Villas and complexes with sea views are being built here.
In 2025 the district was on the list of areas closed to residence permits. In June 2026, according to local authorities, the Alanya districts were reopened, but there is no official circular, so we check the exact address in e-ikamet before the purchase.
