About the project
Two 13-storey buildings in Mahmutlar, on the border with Kargicak. According to the developer, the sea is 650 m away, shops 50 m, the centre of Alanya 12 km and Gazipasa airport 25 km. The complex has 88 apartments: 1+1, 2+1, 4+1 and penthouses.
The grounds have a year-round pool, a playground, a barbecue area and parking. Inside there is a sauna, a hammam, a steam room, a gym, a generator, CCTV, wireless internet and satellite TV. The apartments have quality plumbing and windows, a fitted kitchen with a worktop, steel entrance doors and wooden interior doors, an antibacterial wall coating and tiled floors.
The complex was completed in July 2024 (per the developer's catalogue). On sale according to the price list: 1+1 apartments of 53–59.5 m², 2+1 of 101 m² and two 2+1 penthouses (102.5 and 107 m²). The price does not include furniture, appliances, title deed (tapu) and occupancy permit (iskan) fees, or electricity and water connections (per the developer's price list). About the district: Mahmutlar
A large district east of Kestel, home to many foreigners. Four residential complexes managed by GO Management are here: Atlas 4, Exodus Hill, Guzel 2000 and Nova 1.
In 2025 the district was on the list of areas closed to residence permits. In June 2026, according to local authorities, the Alanya districts were reopened, but there is no official circular, so we check the exact address in e-ikamet before the purchase.
