About the project
A building on the first line in Mahmutlar. According to the developer, the sea is about 10 m away, the centre of Alanya 12 km and Gazipasa airport 30 km. An eleven-storey building with 40 apartments: 2+1 of 122 and 145 m² and four 3+1 penthouses (238.5 and 299 m²).
The grounds have a summer pool and an indoor pool, water slides, a playground, a gazebo and a barbecue area. Inside there is a sauna, a hammam, a steam room and a salt room, a gym, underground parking, a generator, security and CCTV, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. According to the developer, every apartment has two large bathrooms and dressing rooms, the 3+1 penthouses have their own sauna, and the finishing is complete.
On sale according to the price list: one 2+1 (122 m²) and two 3+1 penthouses of 238.5 m²; the other apartments are sold. The building is completed (per the developer's photos). The price does not include furniture, appliances, title deed (tapu) and occupancy permit (iskan) fees, or electricity and water connections (per the developer's price list). Prices come from the developer's price list.

About the district: Mahmutlar
A large district east of Kestel, home to many foreigners. Four residential complexes managed by GO Management are here: Atlas 4, Exodus Hill, Guzel 2000 and Nova 1.
In 2025 the district was on the list of areas closed to residence permits. In June 2026, according to local authorities, the Alanya districts were reopened, but there is no official circular, so we check the exact address in e-ikamet before the purchase.
