About the project
An eleven-storey building in Mahmutlar, completed in 2016. According to the developer, the sea is 200 m away, the centre of Alanya 14 km and Gazipasa airport 28 km; from the fifth floor up there are views of the sea and the mountains. The building has 46 apartments: 1+1 (66.3 m²), 2+1 (115.6 m²) and four penthouses.
The grounds have a pool with decorative lighting and water slides, a gazebo and a barbecue area, and a playground. Inside there is a gym, table tennis and billiards, a sauna, parking, a generator, round-the-clock CCTV, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. According to the developer, the penthouses have a jacuzzi and the 3+1 penthouses their own sauna.
Two apartments remain on sale according to the price list: a 2+1 penthouse (129.6 m²) and a 3+1 penthouse (215.7 m²). The price list is for apartments without furniture: furniture, appliances, title deed (tapu) and occupancy permit (iskan) fees, and electricity and water connections are not included. Prices come from the developer's price list.

About the district: Mahmutlar
A large district east of Kestel, home to many foreigners. Four residential complexes managed by GO Management are here: Atlas 4, Exodus Hill, Guzel 2000 and Nova 1.
In 2025 the district was on the list of areas closed to residence permits. In June 2026, according to local authorities, the Alanya districts were reopened, but there is no official circular, so we check the exact address in e-ikamet before the purchase.
