About the project
A building on Ataturk Street. According to the developer, the sea is 650 m away, the centre of Alanya 10 km and Gazipasa airport 35 km. The building has 63 apartments: 1+1 (62–63 m²), 2+1 (86 m²) and two-level penthouses, 2+1 and 4+1 (118–170 m²).
The facades are finished in natural stone and wood, and the grounds are landscaped. Outside there is a summer pool, a playground, a barbecue area and parking by the building. Inside there is a sauna, a hammam, a steam room, a gym, a generator, security and CCTV, satellite TV and wireless internet. According to the developer, the apartments have spacious kitchens and living rooms and large terraces.
On sale according to the price list: 1+1 (62–63 m²), 2+1 (86 m²) and penthouses (118–170 m²). The building is completed (per the developer's photos from 2024). The price does not include furniture, appliances, title deed (tapu) and occupancy permit (iskan) fees, or electricity and water connections (per the developer's price list). About the district: Mahmutlar
A large district east of Kestel, home to many foreigners. Four residential complexes managed by GO Management are here: Atlas 4, Exodus Hill, Guzel 2000 and Nova 1.
In 2025 the district was on the list of areas closed to residence permits. In June 2026, according to local authorities, the Alanya districts were reopened, but there is no official circular, so we check the exact address in e-ikamet before the purchase.
