Why a package rather than one apartment
For citizenship you may combine several properties to reach $400,000 or more, for example 2–3 apartments. Apartments under construction have one condition: they are covered by a single promise-to-sell agreement.
One apartment can belong to several combinations. If it is sold, the packages that include it are no longer available, so look at the price list date and confirm availability before a meeting.
What to check before buying
We check each property in a package separately. It must not belong to a foreigner, the seller must not have acquired it from a foreigner in the last 3 years, and it must not have been used for citizenship before. The money goes through a Turkish bank with a DAB certificate, and instalments and mortgages do not count towards the threshold.

Questions and answers
Why buy a package rather than one apartment?
You can rent out several apartments separately, because renting out is allowed for citizenship. The properties cannot be sold for 3 years.
Can a package include apartments that are still under construction?
Yes, but apartments in a project under construction are covered by a single promise-to-sell agreement, and the whole amount is paid at once.
